The Quadro Ytron Jet Mixer are custom designed to suit each individual application, taking into consideration vessel size and shape, product viscosity, specific gravity and mixing intensity required.

By-Pass System

  • The by-pass system provides for the immediate sub-surface, lump free dispersion of powders into the liquid phase
  • High viscosity slurries or concentrates can be pumped through the by-pass tube providing instant dispersin into the batch
  • large quantities of gases or air can be dispersed into the liquid phase to enhance feermentation or gas/chemical reactions.
  • Due to the strong suction at the mixer head, powders can be drawn direct;ly from their containers eliminating dusting in the operation room
  • Optional vacuum delivery system for completely dust free operation using Quadro Vac technology
