TAWAFEEN SDN BHD (TSB), formerly known as Premier Equiti, was established in 1990 as part of BEKAL SAMA SDN. BHD, a family business foundation incepted in 1982. Its primary involvement was in the information sector.

Having matured on the local scene, the company turned its attention to doing international businesses. The company now actively conducts trading in the international market, provides consultancy services, acquiring and dessiminating information, establishing new business contacts and linkages, providing impartial expert opinions for clients, and facilitating trade between businesses in Muslim countries.
