Approval Drawing* Time:

Quadro’s average time to prepare drawings is 2 weeks.

Note:

The above time is an average only and depends on the current load in Engineering and the complexity of the equipment being engineered.

* Formal, engineered approval drawings are generally not required for standard units. Sketches included with the price book have been included for this purpose. Manufacturing lead times may be reduced if approval drawings are not required. Consult Quadro on specific projects.

Equipment Manufacturing Time:

Please reference the attached chart for standard and custom lead times.

Definitions:

Standard would include some of the following specifications:

  • Identical to standard quote sketch drawings
  • Modified discharge height
  • Vacuum inlet/outlet
  • TEFC electrics (Leeson motor & Allen Bradley starter) fixed speed
  • XP electrics (Weg motor & Allen Bradley starter) fixed speed
  • Expanded frame (width & length modification)

Custom would include some of the following specifications:

  • Variable speed electrics both TEFC & XP (Inverter duty motors)
  • Extra special frame configurations
  • CIP’s – Telescopic inlet/outlet
  • 304L or 316/316L non-contact parts
  • Any other type of material that is not our standard material ie. 304SS or 316LSS
  • Special finish & coatings

Note: All lead times are dispatch dates from Quadro facilities.
